H-K9L Penta Prism
Penta prisms are designed to deflect light by 90° without altering the original image orientation, producing no image inversion or reflection. As five-sided optical components, penta prisms deliver stable reflected beam performance with minimal sensitivity to slight positional misalignment.
Manufactured from high-quality K9L optical glass, these prisms feature excellent broadband transmittance across the 350 nm to 2000 nm spectral range. The material offers high hardness, strong resistance to physical and chemical damage, and extremely low bubble and impurity content, serving as an ideal substrate for a wide range of precision optical components.
Tuniu Optics supplies K9L penta prisms in standard sizes ranging from 5 mm to 40 mm. Each prism comes with aluminum reflection coating plus black paint protection on the reflective surfaces, and single-layer MgF₂ anti-reflection coating on both the entrance and exit surfaces. Custom K9 penta prisms tailored to specific application requirements are also available upon request.
