Fluorescence Microscope Excitation Filters
Tuniu Optics supplies excitation filters, emission filters and dichroic filters for fluorescence microscopy detection.
The excitation filters adopt narrowband transmission design, precisely centered on the peak excitation wavelength. Our excitation, emission and dichroic filters are specially engineered for fluorescence imaging applications, compatible with mainstream fluorescent dyes: DAPI, ATTO465, Alexa Fluor® 488 and FITC, TRITC.
Optimized at central wavelength and spectral bandwidth, our fluorescence microscope filters deliver high transmittance, deep blocking depth and steep spectral slope. They greatly suppress crosstalk between channels and provide excellent signal-to-noise ratio for fluorescence image acquisition in microscopes.
