Fluorescence Microscope Emission Filters
Tuniu Optics offers excitation, emission and dichroic filters for fluorescence microscopy applications.
Emission filters transmit the target fluorescence emitted from samples to the detection system, while blocking unwanted excitation light. Similar to excitation filters, they feature narrowband transmission precisely centered on the peak fluorescence emission wavelength. Our excitation, emission and dichroic filters are professionally designed for fluorescence imaging, matching widely used fluorescent dyes including DAPI, ATTO465, Alexa Fluor® 488, FITC and TRITC.
Optimized in central wavelength and spectral bandwidth, our fluorescence microscope filters achieve high transmittance, deep optical blocking and steep spectral edges. They effectively suppress inter-channel crosstalk and deliver outstanding signal-to-noise ratio for microscopic fluorescence image acquisition.
