Protected UV-Enhanced Aluminum Concave Mirror, 250-600nm
Borofloat 33 is a premium borosilicate glass featuring low thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance, making it an ideal substrate for various optical reflector applications. Tuniu’s UV-enhanced aluminum film concave reflectors are constructed with an aluminum-coated Borofloat 33 substrate, overlaid with a UV-transparent silicon dioxide dielectric coating to effectively prevent metal oxidation.
Designed for focusing, imaging, and light-concentrating applications, this reflector eliminates chromatic aberration when focusing light within its operating wavelength range, making it particularly suitable for broadband light sources.
Attention
Due to the special nature of the metal film, prolonged exposure to air, high humidity, or chemical corrosive gases may cause oxidation, which can impair product performance. This product is classified as a consumable. To ensure normal use and extend its service life, please follow the following storage and usage guidelines:
1. Keep the environment clean and dry before use.
2. Wear gloves during operation to avoid direct contact with the mirror surface.
3. Avoid damaging the product (scratches, abrasions, etc., will accelerate oxidation and coating delamination).
4. When not in temporary use, seal and store it in the accompanying protective box.
