H-K9L Drum Lenses, Uncoated/AR400-1650nm
K9 Drum Lens is designed with spherical ends that serve as positioning surfaces along the optical axis. Machined by grinding the outer circle of spherical lenses, it enables easy clamping and mounting, making it ideal for optical signal transmission in optical communication systems. Compared with conventional convex lenses, the K9 drum lens features a shorter focal length and higher magnification, with its focal length determined by the refractive index of the substrate material.
Fabricated from K9 optical glass, the lens boasts excellent broadband transmittance ranging from 350nm to 2000nm. It also features high hardness, superior resistance to physical and chemical corrosion, and extremely low bubble and impurity content. As a high-performance optical substrate material, K9 glass is widely adopted for manufacturing a full range of optical components.
