Positive Achromatic Cylindrical Lenses, AR400~700/650~1050nm
Positive Achromatic Cylindrical Lenses are cemented assemblies composed of two cylindrical lens elements with different refractive indices and dispersion rates. This dual-cemented design effectively suppresses chromatic and spherical aberrations, enabling precise focusing of incident light into a sharp linear beam while delivering optimized overall optical performance.
Compared with single-piece cylindrical lenses of the same diameter and focal length, achromatic cemented cylinders offer superior optical advantages. They perform exceptionally well with broadband light sources by minimizing chromatic dispersion, producing well-defined focused lines and high-quality irregular shaped images. Widely applied in laser beam shaping, laser projection and other precision optical fields.
