Molded Glass Aspheric Lenses, Uncoated(380-2200nm)
Molded aspherical lenses are high-performance optical elements that eliminate spherical aberration and enhance focusing and collimation precision for diverse laser applications. Tuniu’s uncoated molded aspherical lenses adopt advanced molding technology to deliver superior batch consistency at a cost-effective level. Featuring high numerical aperture, these lenses efficiently capture incident light and stabilize long-distance beam power transmission. They are widely applicable to light output collimation, fiber coupling, spatial filtering, and beam imaging for detectors. Common application scenarios also include aiming systems, barcode scanners, laser diode fiber coupling, optical data storage, and biomedical laser systems.
The molded non spherical lens has a working distance of 0.5-15.86 mm, a focal length of 1.5-18.4 mm, and a numerical aperture range of 0.15-0.7. It is suitable for output light collimation, fiber coupling, and other fields. Note: When using this non spherical lens to collimate light from a point light source or laser diode, the side with a larger curvature radius (i.e., the flatter surface) should face the point light source or semiconductor laser tube.
