UVFS Aspheric Lenses, Uncoated/AR250-400nm
Tuniu Optics UV fused silica aspherical lenses come with a high numerical aperture (NA) of 0.65, delivering exceptional light concentrating capability and superior focusing performance. They are ideally suited for high-efficiency illumination applications, as well as collimating broadband spectrum light sources, LEDs and other similar light-emitting devices. Featuring high transmittance across the ultraviolet spectral range and a low coefficient of thermal expansion, UV fused silica serves as an optimal substrate for applications spanning from the ultraviolet to the near-infrared waveband.
The lenses adopt an optimized complex aspherical surface design, with the curvature gradually varying from the lens center to the edge to effectively eliminate spherical aberration. For optimal performance with minimal spherical aberration, collimated beams should be incident on the aspherical side of the lens, while light emitted from point sources shall be directed onto the plano side for precise collimation.
