Molded Glass Aspheric Lenses, AR350-700nm/600-1050nm/1050-1700nm
Molded aspherical lenses are premium optical components that correct spherical aberration and boost focusing as well as collimation precision for a wide range of laser applications. Tuniu’s anti-reflection coated molded aspherical lenses leverage precision molding technology to deliver excellent batch consistency with cost efficiency.
Equipped with high numerical aperture, these lenses maximize light collection capacity and stabilize beam power during long-distance transmission. They are ideal for extensive scenarios including output beam collimation, fiber coupling, spatial filtering, detector beam imaging, aiming systems, barcode scanners, laser diode-to-fiber coupling, optical data storage and biomedical laser systems.
Note: When using this non spherical lens to collimate light from a point light source or laser diode, the side with a larger curvature radius (i.e., the flatter surface) should face the point light source or semiconductor laser tube.
