UV Fused Silica Double Concave (DCV) Lenses are precision optical components manufactured using high-grade UV fused silica as the substrate. Compared with conventional K9 glass, UV fused silica offers a broader transmission spectrum covering 185 nm to 2.1 μm, with exceptional UV transmittance, lower refractive index, superior homogeneity, minimal thermal expansion coefficient, excellent chemical resistance, and extremely low fluorescence, making it ideal for high-performance optical elements.
Double concave lenses feature a negative focal length with two symmetric concave surfaces, designed to diverge light beams for beam expansion, projection systems, and extending the focal length of optical assemblies. Tuniu Optics provides UV fused silica double concave lenses in a wide range of sizes and focal lengths, available in both uncoated and broadband anti-reflection coated versions optimized for the 250–400 nm UV band to suit diverse application requirements.
