Economy K9L Wedge Prism
Optical wedge prisms are designed for small-angle beam deflection in optical systems, offered with standard wedge angles of 2° and 4°. They steadily deflect normally incident light by 2° to 4° after the light enters the prism’s vertical surface. A single wedge prism can be used alone for basic laser beam steering. When two wedges are applied as a paired set and rotated independently, the output beam can be accurately directed to any position within a conical range centered on the incident optical axis.
