K9L Wedge Prism
K9 Wedge Prisms are designed to deflect incident light beams at a specific preset angle to the required direction. When two wedge prisms are used in combination and rotated relative to each other, the output beam can be precisely steered to any direction within a conical path centered on the original optical axis. The dedicated wedge angle and anti-reflection coating on the rear surface effectively suppress ghost image interference caused by backsurface reflection. High-precision substrates guarantee excellent wavefront accuracy for both reflected and transmitted light.
Fabricated from premium K9 optical glass, these prisms deliver outstanding broadband transmittance across the spectral range of 350 nm to 2000 nm. Featuring high hardness, strong resistance to physical and chemical corrosion, and minimal bubbles and inclusions, K9 glass serves as an ideal substrate material for manufacturing a wide range of high-precision optical components.
