High Precision K9L Dual Surface Optical Flats
High Precision K9L Dual Surface Optical Flats feature two finely polished optical surfaces with exceptional flatness and high parallelism. Both sides deliver superior planar accuracy and can be used interchangeably as a standard reference plane.
These optical flats are commonly applied to inspect and verify flatness deviation and surface performance of high-precision optical components and precision mechanical parts. Every flat from Tuniu Optics is meticulously polished and tested by Zygo interferometer to ensure reliable and consistent surface precision.
Fabricated from high-quality K9L optical glass, the flats offer excellent broadband transmittance across 350 nm to 2000 nm. The material features high hardness, strong resistance to physical and chemical impact, and low bubble and impurity content, making it a preferred substrate for various precision optical element production.
