Precision Aspheric Lenses, Uncoatd/AR400-1650nm
Tuniu Optics high-precision precision polished aspheric lenses are fabricated via ultra-precision polishing, which differentiates them from molded aspheric lenses. They support large-diameter fabrication of ≥10 mm with much smaller aspheric surface profile error.
The optimized aspheric surface features a complex outer curvature that gradually varies from the lens center to the edge, effectively eliminating spherical aberration. For minimum spherical aberration performance: incident collimated beams shall enter from the aspheric side for focusing; light from point sources shall enter from the plano side for collimation.
Tuniu Optics offers high-precision polished aspheric lenses in diameters from Ø10 mm to Ø50 mm, with focal lengths ranging 10–37.5 mm. Available options include uncoated substrates and anti-reflection coatings for VIS, NIR and SWIR wavebands. The lenses feature a high numerical aperture of 0.50–0.67, which maximizes luminous flux while suppressing spherical aberration.
Our premium grade achieves an aspheric surface accuracy of RMS 0.25 μm, while the standard grade reaches RMS 0.75 μm. Benefiting from ultra-low surface profile deviation, these lenses are ideal for applications requiring strict spherical aberration correction, especially in imaging systems and laser focusing.
